WHAT IS IMPORTING?


The legal introduction of foreign merchandise for use or consumption in the country. Bliss Legal introduction is specified when foreign goods become merchandise nationalized, which are those "whose import has been legally consummated", that is, When the tax processing is finished, the merchandise remains available to the interested parties.




What documents do I need to import?


Bill of Lading
(Air Waybill, CRT).

Certificate of Origin, when processing Visa, certifications, seen good, when appropriate.

Policy or Certificate of Insurance



Commercial Invoice.

Packing List.

The legal entry of merchandise into the national territory must be formalized before the Service National Customs through a Customs Destination of Income, being one of the following:

•DECLARATION OF INCOME

Legal entry of goods for use or consumption after payment of duties, taxes                      and other taxes that cause the importation.

•PARTICULAR WAREHOUSE

•TEMPORARY ADMISSION

•TEMPORARY ADMISSION ACTIVE PERFECTION

•RE-ENTRY

•TRANSIT

•TRANSFER

•REDESTINATION
